Tableau Developer

You are being hired as a Tableau Developer - L2 in Mumbai, Andheri. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Having 3-5 years of experience in Tableau development with a strong focus on Dashboarding. - Demonstrating excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively handle stakeholders and drive dashboarding initiatives. - Designing and deploying dashboards using the Tableau ecosystem. - Ensuring timely delivery while upholding quality standards. - Showcasing proven technical leadership and delivery skills. - Creating and updating support documentation. - Conducting data analysis and visualization development. - Having experience with other BI tools like Business Objects or Power BI. - Possessing solid RDMS experience, data modeling, and advanced querying skills. - Collaborating with data warehouse and analytics teams. - Having knowledge of Tableau administration and architecture. - Extracting information effectively through questioning, active listening, and interviewing. - Understanding agile/iterative approaches and SDLC processes. - Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Writing clear requirements, specifications, and documentation. - Communicating and implementing information, business processes, and system-wide changes to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, it is preferred that you are: - Flexible and adaptable. - Experienced in Agile projects. - Proficient in documentation skills. - Familiar with using JIRA / Confluence.
