SAP O2C Business Analyst

You are an experienced SAP O2C Business Analyst sought by a leading manufacturing organization in Mumbai. Your role involves analyzing and optimizing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA integration, and ensuring delivery of scalable SAP solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes - Working closely with business users, leadership teams, and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements - Driving workshops, process discussions, and solution alignment sessions - Supporting SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA integration and upgrade initiatives - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business requirements - Bridging the gap between business and technology teams effectively - Participating in roadmap planning and transformation discussions related to SAP S/4HANA - Ensuring delivery of scalable and business-aligned SAP solutions You should have: - 10+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst - Strong functional expertise in SAP O2C processes - Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA integration projects - Exposure to SAP S/4HANA upgrade/transformation programs - Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to interact confidently with senior business and technical teams - Experience in the Manufacturing domain is preferred The ideal candidate will be proactive, delivery-oriented, possess strong presentation and communication skills, be able to drive discussions independently, and have experience in handling business process improvement initiatives.
