Sr. Engineer - Plumbing Design

Key Responsibilities: Develop plumbing system designs including water supply, drainage, stormwater, and fire suppression systems for commercial, residential, and institutional buildings. Prepare layouts, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit. Perform pipe sizing calculations, flow rate calculations, pressure loss assessments, and equipment selection. Coordinate with architectural and other MEP disciplines to ensure design integrity. Ensure compliance with relevant local and international codes and standards (e.g., IPC, NFPA, ASHRAE). Support construction teams with technical queries, submittal reviews, and site visits when necessary. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 8–15 years of relevant experience in plumbing design for building projects . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and plumbing calculation tools. Strong understanding of international plumbing codes and sustainable design practices. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
