Learn more: niatindia.com Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. Robotics Engineer – ROS2 & Autonomous Systems to lead the development of high-quality educational content, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences in robotics, drones, self-driving cars, IoT, and related technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong instructional design capabilities.
Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: 6 days/week Key Responsibilities Content & Curriculum Development Design and develop comprehensive course content for workshops, bootcamps, and online modules in robotics, drones, self-driving cars, and IoT.
Create structured, industry-aligned learning materials, including modules, guides, assessments, and project-based activities.
Workshop & Product Development Lead the design of hands-on workshops involving real-world robotics and autonomous systems projects.
Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate advanced technologies for student learning.
Student Engagement & Learning Experience Develop interactive, engaging content that promotes deep learning and strong conceptual clarity.
Ensure all content is technically accurate, pedagogically sound, and easy to understand.
Research & Innovation Stay current with emerging technologies in robotics, AI, IoT, drones, and autonomous systems.
Integrate the latest advancements into courses and learning experiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with program managers, content teams, and technology teams to ensure seamless content delivery.
Support and mentor junior content developers.
Student Success Guide students in securing internships and placements in robotics and advanced technology roles.
Requirements

Educational Background Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.

Experience & Skills Proven experience in content development, curriculum design, or instructional development in robotics or advanced technologies.

Strong technical understanding of robotics, autonomous systems, AI, IoT, drones, and related fields.

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 (Robot Operating System).

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

Ability to break down complex technical topics into simple, engaging learning materials.

Prior experience with instructional design or e-learning platforms (preferred).

Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong attention to detail.
