Role: Cisco ACI Administrator Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Pan India Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Cisco ACI Administrator to manage, design, and troubleshoot complex Data Center environments. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, escalations, and supporting migrations from legacy to ACI. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Cisco ACI and Data Center network environments Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Cisco Nexus switches (9K/7K/5K/3K) Handle P2 incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution Monitor and ensure SLA compliance with proactive escalation management Plan and execute data center migrations and change activities (PE windows) Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization Support L2 NOC team for escalations and complex issues Implement and validate DR (Disaster Recovery) drills and security controls Work on ACI fabric troubleshooting, VXLAN, and DC architecture (Active-Active/DC-DR) Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular status updates and reports Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and automation efforts .
