As a highly skilled Java Technical Lead, your role will involve designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications using modern Java technologies and AI-assisted development practices. With your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud platforms, and Agile delivery, you will play a crucial role in accelerating software development, ensuring code quality, and enhancing developer productivity. Your experience of 9-13 years will be instrumental in mentoring and guiding development teams on clean code, design patterns, performance optimization, and secure coding. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design and development of scalable Java-based enterprise applications - Develop and maintain Microservices, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures - Mentor and guide development teams on clean code, design patterns, performance optimization, and secure coding - Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and accelerate delivery - Define standards and governance for responsible AI-assisted coding practices - Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments - Lead CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and cloud-native deployments - Troubleshoot production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions - Evaluate emerging AI engineering tools and recommend process improvements for development efficiency Qualifications Required: - Strong technical skills in Java programming, including Core Java, object-oriented programming concepts, collections, exception handling, and multi-threading - Good experience working with frameworks like Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate for developing scalable and efficient applications - Proficiency in database management using SQL, MySQL, and JDBC, along with building RESTful APIs and web services - Hands-on experience with tools such as Git, Maven, Docker, and JUnit, as well as knowledge of microservices architecture, debugging, and software development best practices - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, including services and cloud deployment practices, along with an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the company encourages the use of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity and accelerate project delivery.
