Civil Engineer - Navi Mumbai (Belapur)-Infrastructure Induatry

Job Description: We have an urgent opening for the position of Civil Engineer for a reputed company Real Estate Industry at the Navi Mumbai (Belapur) location. Handling The over all Project. Prepare technical & commercial proposals. Good Experience in tender quote of STP and WTP. Attend clarification meetings with Client when required. Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines. Maintain latest info/ records/ documents related to all Projects in soft and hard copy formats. Experience In Total Station. Experience in TVM, TBM, AutoCAD , Mass Concrete. Create and review Master Schedule for every Project right from Agreement till project handover and books closure linking all functions, major milestones and cashflows. Identify Critical Paths. Project planning and scheduling. Coordination with architects and consultants Maintaining proper records as per rules and regulations. Generate Cash flow statements based on budgeting and scheduling with the support of different teams Manage the tendering, selection, and onboarding process of Contractors required for different projects based on the project strategy Manage and overview the procurement and purchase planning and execution for different projects Generate Cash flow statements based on budgeting and schedule with the support of different teams Civil Site-Coordination Bill Checking Candidates Profile: Civil Engineering Diploma / Degree(B.E./B. Tech) High proficiency in Excel. Adept at creating documents for presentations Good working knowledge of MS Office. Good communication skills. Fair command over English language. Gender: Female .
