About the role
About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Participate in research and development projects related to computer science, information technology, artificial intelligence, and computer engineering. 2. Assist scientists and engineers in developing innovative defence technologies and software solutions. 3. Support the design, testing, and implementation of technical solutions for ongoing research projects. 4. Conduct technical analysis, data processing, and experimentation under the guidance of project mentors. 5. Contribute to project documentation, technical reports, and research findings. 6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve engineering and technology challenges. 7. Perform literature reviews and study emerging technologies relevant to assigned projects. 8. Assist in developing prototypes, simulations, and proof-of-concept solutions. 9. Follow organizational guidelines, security protocols, and research procedures during the internship period. 10. Complete assigned project work and submit a final project report upon completion of the internship. Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: are available for full time (in-office) internship are available for duration of 6 months have relevant skills and interests are Computer Science Engineering students Stipend: INR₹ 5,000 /month Deadline: 2026-09-12 23:59:59 Skills required: Python, Machine Learning, Problem Solving, Artificial intelligence, Research and Analytics and Data Analysis Other Requirements: - Final-year B.Tech students in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, - Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Engineering. - Minimum 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA in academics. - Age should be below 28 years as on 15 June 2026. - Must be enrolled in a recognized AICTE/UGC-approved institution. - Strong academic record and interest in research and development activities. - Ability to work in a professional research environment. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to comply with DRDO security and confidentiality requirements.
