About the role
About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in scientific research projects related to chemistry, material science, and textile disciplines. 2. Support laboratory investigations, testing procedures, and experimental studies. 3. Analyze scientific data and prepare technical observations and findings. 4. Participate in the development and evaluation of advanced materials and defence-related technologies. 5. Maintain accurate records of experiments, methodologies, and project outcomes. 6. Collaborate with research scientists on assigned scientific projects. 7. Conduct literature reviews and technical research to support project objectives. 8. Prepare technical reports and presentations related to project work. 9. Follow laboratory safety standards and organizational regulations throughout the internship. 10. Submit a project report and complete all internship requirements successfully. Minimum 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA in academics. - Age should be below 28 years as on 15 June 2026. - Must be studying in a recognized university or institution. - Strong interest in scientific research and innovation. - Good analytical, research, and documentation skills. - Ability to work effectively in laboratory and research environments. - Willingness to comply with DRDO confidentiality and security requirements.
