About the role
As a Technical Product Manager specializing in AI Products at DeHaat, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered products and enterprise solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams such as engineering, data science, operations, supply chain, and business to develop scalable products addressing agricultural challenges. You will need a combination of product thinking, technical expertise, and execution skills for this high-ownership position. Your primary focus will be on building and scaling AI-native products using technologies like LLMs, AI agents, predictive analytics, and data-driven automation to enhance farmer experiences and enterprise workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from identifying problems and gathering requirements to product launch and adoption. - Define and implement the roadmap for AI-native products and enterprise solutions. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Work closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to identify product opportunities and prioritize features. - Create detailed PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria. - Define and monitor product KPIs such as adoption, engagement, revenue impact, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction. - Drive experimentation and product discovery through user research, field visits, and data analysis. - Utilize AI technologies like LLMs, agents, and automation workflows to develop innovative solutions for farmers and enterprise customers. - Partner with engineering teams to oversee product releases, address bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery. - Present product updates, roadmap progress, and insights to leadership and external stakeholders. Requirements: - 36 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Consulting, Business Operations, or related fields. - B.Tech / B.E. from a Tier-1 institute (IIT / NIT / BITS or equivalent). An MBA from a Tier-1 business school is advantageous. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase). Knowledge of Python is a plus. - Solid technical acumen to engage effectively with engineering teams on architecture and trade-offs. - Exceptional communication skills characterized by structured thinking, clear writing, and the ability to influence senior leaders. - Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to engage directly with farmers and retailers. - Sound understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, and modern product development practices. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in building or managing AI-powered products, automation solutions, recommendation systems, or data products. - Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted workflows. - Background in B2B SaaS, Agritech, Supply Chain, Financial Services, or Enterprise Software. - Exposure to product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making. - Previous experience working with enterprise customers or large-scale platform products.
