The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features and deliver value-driven solutions. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing product strategy, prioritizing the product backlog, defining user requirements, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology delivery. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value and customer needs. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. Work closely with Agile development teams to ensure successful product delivery. Collaborate with Scrum Masters, developers, QA teams, UX teams, and business stakeholders. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Prioritize features, enhancements, and defects to maximize product value. Manage product releases and ensure timely delivery of features. Conduct stakeholder communication, status updates, and product demonstrations. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Analyze user feedback, market trends, and product performance to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle. Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature prioritization. Strong experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, and stakeholder management. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and operations. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Understanding of UX principles, customer experience, and digital product delivery. Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and customer needs.
