The role involves managing complex AI programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring effective governance, mitigating risks, and driving successful execution aligned with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale AI and technology transformation initiatives. Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple workstreams. Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, data teams, and AI solution providers. Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery processes. Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure timely resolution. Facilitate Agile Scrum practices including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination. Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities. Manage program documentation, dashboards, status reporting, and executive communication. Support AI solution implementation by understanding AI concepts, workflows, platforms, and delivery lifecycle. Ensure successful transition of AI solutions into operational environments and manage ongoing maintenance activities. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Project Management roles. Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of complex technology programs. Hands-on experience managing large-scale AI programs and understanding AI concepts, terminologies, and workflows. Strong experience in program governance, delivery management, risk management, and issue resolution. Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in the Banking / BFSI domain is mandatory. Experience managing large technology transformation programs is preferred.
