Your responsibilities will include writing and verifying JSON code for personalized campaigns, building HTML offers suitable for various screens, conducting QA testing, resolving issues in test setups, and overseeing content schedules from inception to completion. - Partner with the strategy team to deploy personalized campaign content using JSON templates, HTML offers, modular code, and frontend frameworks through Adobe tools. - Transform technical documentation into user-friendly content and configurations. - Manage content deployment across testing and production environments, ensuring accuracy and optimal performance. - Handle day-to-day content operations, including message updates, campaign modifications, and configuration changes. - Document all campaign takedowns and launches in real-time. - Lead workflow innovation to enhance efficiency in content launches and operations. - Write, edit, and QA UX campaign builds such as banners, modals, landing pages, and in-app messages. - Configure personalized content variations based on audience segments and behavioral triggers. - Review the campaign calendar and prioritize tasks for upcoming launches. Qualification Required To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, digital operations, or a related field. - Have 2-4 years of experience in digital content operations, web production, or campaign execution within eCommerce or marketing technology environments. - Proficient in working with JSON templates and translating technical documentation into operational configurations. - Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and strategic execution. - Strong communication skills with attention to detail. - Basic knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of web and mobile guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles. - Prioritization of safety and security, and an inclusive attitude towards diverse perspectives and styles.
