How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) Role Summary We are looking for a skilled SeniorTechnical Tester to support end to end testing, managing defects, performing regression cycles and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure new digital features meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with consumer-facing platforms, strong communication skills and a solid understanding of business processes Key Responsibilities Test Case Development: Design and document UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test plans and test cases that align specifically with functional requirements and acceptance criteriaUAT Execution: Lead and execute manual end-to-end test scripts to validate that new features meet business needs.Defect Management: Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to development teams for resolution.Regression Testing: Work through regression testing cycles to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in project meetings to understand scope and contribute to the overall UAT strategy and planning. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field4+ years of experience working with consumer-facing digital platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.Possesses clear understanding of business processes and how they impact final testing outcomes.Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining alignment with onshore teams.Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
