About the role
As the HR SysOps Lead Specialist (SAP Time Management) at Delta Air Lines' Delta Technology Hub (DTH) in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and reliability of SAP Time Management operations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and support nightly interface processes, analyze issues, and document current-state Time configuration, schemas, and business rules. By maintaining proactive interface monitoring, coordinating closely with IT partners, and providing clear operational documentation, you will contribute to end-to-end payroll and downstream system stability. Key Responsibilities: - Primary Focus Area: Time Interface Operations & Monitoring (7080%) - Monitor all scheduled nightly Time Management interfaces for successful execution - Validate interface completion, data transfer integrity, and processing outcomes - Identify and triage interface failures, delays, or anomalies - Coordinate with IT partners to resolve issues and minimize downstream impact - Maintain interface run status logs and execution history - Secondary Focus Area: Documentation & Knowledge Enablement (2030%) - Perform initial functional analysis of interface failures or data inconsistencies - Document current-state Time Management configuration, schemas, rules, and integrations - Create clear documentation for operational transparency and maintainability - Document standard operating procedures for nightly interface monitoring and issue escalation Qualification Required: - Required Skills & Experience - 7-12 years of experience supporting SAP Time Management or time-related interfaces - Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business - Understanding of time evaluation concepts, schemas, and integrations - Strong Excel skills for tracking and analysis - Core Capabilities - Strong operational discipline and attention to detail - Clear documentation and communication skills - Analytical mindset with a focus on prevention and stability About Delta Air Lines: Delta Air Lines, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a global leader in airline safety, innovation, reliability, and customer experience.
