Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions within Higher Education institutions. Hands-on experience with Academic Structures, Student Lifecycle Management, and Student Information Systems (SIS). Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives for universities, colleges, or educational institutions. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience. Technical Skills Deep expertise in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud and related Salesforce products. Experience designing enterprise integrations and API-led architectures. Knowledge of Salesforce security models, role hierarchies, profiles, permission sets, and data governance. Experience with Salesforce development frameworks, integrations, and platform customization. Strong understanding of data migration, data quality, and master data management.
