About the role
As a Techno-functional Business Analyst/SAP Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting a critical application focused on production scrap/wastage analytics. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, navigating ERP data, and resolving data/technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM), production data, and wastage/scrap data - Collaborate with business teams to comprehend and support various use cases - Extract and manipulate data from ERP systems such as SAP and BPCS - Quickly troubleshoot and resolve data/technical issues - Assist in enhancing Power BI dashboards and reporting - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different systems Qualifications Required: - In-depth understanding of manufacturing domain including BOM, wastage, and production processes - Proficiency in SQL is a must - Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, with knowledge of BPCS being an added advantage - Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools - Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and translate their requirements - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Please Note: The company is based in Bangalore with the option of remote work. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
