Document Digitization/ Unstructured-to-Structured Solutions Lead, VP Position Overview Job Title: Document Digitization/ Unstructured-to-Structured Solutions Lead Corporate Title: Vice President Location: Bangalore, India Role Description We are seeking a Vice President to act as Product Owner for document digitisation and unstructured-to-structured data solutions across Operations.This role sits within the Operations Transformation function and is responsible for shaping and delivering products that convert unstructured content (e.g. emails, PDFs, trade documents, client communications) into structured, actionable data embedded within core operational workflows.You will partner closely with Operations stakeholders to define problem statements and with Technology teams to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions that drive efficiency, control, and client experience improvements.This is a high-impact role at the centre of transforming Operations through AI, automation, and data.
