Oracle\/Java Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact for support-related activities for assigned systems. Perform technical administrative tasks such as scripting, patch deployment, backups, rollbacks, and user management. Ensure adherence to information security standards and internal processes. Manage and deploy system enhancements effectively with coordination from vendors. Escalate and seek approvals for any deviations from established processes. Educate stakeholders on the importance of reducing major technology errors. Optimize resource utilization across platforms. Create, update, and maintain detailed project and system documentation. Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to KPIs, maintaining data hygiene and client satisfaction. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, with all stakeholders.
