Software Engineer - Workday (Entry Level)

Eficens Systems Inc is hiring an entry-level Workday Engineer to support configuration, integration, and reporting within Workday HCM modules. You’ll join a team of experienced ERP professionals and will be trained to assist with real-time support and project work. Assist in configuring Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting). Help create and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer. Support data loading and migration activities. Learn to integrate Workday with third-party applications. Participate in testing, documentation, and end-user training sessions. Help troubleshoot and resolve user access or transactional issues. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any STEM or related discipline including Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent. Academic project or internship experience in ERP, HCM, or HR systems. Strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with Excel, spreadsheets, and basic databases.
