System Administrator L2 Level

The ideal candidate shall have the following: Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Servers & Storage Experience in Installation, configuration, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Virtualization / HCI Experience in Installation, configuration, Trouble shooting & Maintenance of OSE (Windows & Linux) Exposure into databases and networks (LAN, WAN) Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure Experience in FW/Software & Patch Upgrade of of Server/Storage & OSE Exposure in System Security (AV, EDR, HIPS, DLP etc.) Experience on Implementation and enforcement of OS & Application security and backup/recovery strategies Provide technical support and guidance to users Experience in troubleshooting & rectification of system performance issue and recommend improvements Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless operations Experience in Preparation and maintenance of the Asset list of System infrastructure installed at Customer Premises. Experience in OEM coordination for implementation, troubleshooting & replacement. Excellent communication skills and problem-handling attitude Requirements: Should have managed at-least 3-5 Linux Server in last 2-3 years. Knowledge of RHEL, Ubuntu & Windows Server Knowledge of File System, Networking and basic Linux Services. Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role Strong knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
