ITOM Lead

As a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of ServiceNow's IT Operations Management suite. Your role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing ITOM solutions while mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Solution architecture and design: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions that support business objectives and adhere to industry best practices. - Advanced development: Customize and develop complex ITOM functionalities using advanced scripting techniques for Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and integration workflows. - CMDB and CSDM expertise: Provide expert guidance on the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ensure data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation within the CMDB. Develop strategies to maintain CMDB health and accuracy. - Integration leadership: Drive the integration of ServiceNow ITOM with third-party monitoring, cloud, and infrastructure tools such as Splunk, SolarWinds, AWS, and Azure. Architect bi-directional integrations using a variety of methods. - Problem-solving and optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex ITOM issues across multiple modules. Proactively identify and implement enhancements to improve ITOM performance and efficiency. - Roadmap and strategy: Contribute to the strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform by evaluating features, releases, and providing expert recommendations. - Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
