As an ITOM Lead, you will be a technical leader responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow's IT Operations Management suite. Your role will involve architecting complex solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Solution architecture and design: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. - Advanced development: Customize ITOM functionalities using advanced scripting techniques for Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and integration workflows through Integration Hub. - CMDB and CSDM expertise: Offer expert guidance on the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and maintain CMDB data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation. Develop strategies for enhancing CMDB health and accuracy. - Integration leadership: Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party monitoring, cloud, and infrastructure tools such as Splunk, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure. Architect complex bi-directional integrations using various methods. - Problem-solving and optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex ITOM issues across modules. Proactively identify and implement optimizations to enhance ITOM capabilities for improved performance and efficiency. - Roadmap and strategy: Contribute to the strategic roadmap of the ServiceNow platform by evaluating recent features, releases, and providing expert recommendations. - Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
