As a ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) Implementation professional with 3+ years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITAM solutions, specifically focusing on HAM and SAM modules. Your expertise in end-to-end asset lifecycle management processes will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM modules. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools/applications. - Customize workflows, forms, business rules, and reports based on business needs. - Manage hardware and software asset tracking, compliance, and optimization processes. - Ensure software license compliance and governance. - Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities. - Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support.
