About the role
Overview We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. You will drive the architecture, design, and development of high-performance, cloud-native platforms, focusing on LLM-powered enterprise products and distributed systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers while remaining active in hands-on architecture and system design. Drive the development of Agentic AI systems, RAG-based solutions, and LLM integrations. Build scalable microservices, data pipelines, and high-availability distributed systems. Oversee the full SDLC using Agile processes, ensuring code quality, testing, and observability. Partner with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications 10 to 14 years in software development with 3+ years in technical leadership roles. Proven experience with LangChain, LLaMA, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems. Hands-on proficiency in Java, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Python. Expertise in PySpark, Big Data (Hadoop), PostgreSQL, and MySQL optimization. Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. Expert-level use of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and ChatGPT. Preferred Attributes Experience scaling AI-driven SaaS platforms. Strong background in system reliability and real-time AI/ML integration. Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills."
