About the role
Role & responsibilities Hiring Requirement International Blended Process Executive Mandatory Requirements 25 years of overall experience. Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in an International Telecom Process. Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecom Customer Service with L1 & L2 Troubleshooting . Candidates must have practical experience troubleshooting telecom services Excellent English communication skills with C2-level proficiency (near-native fluency). Prior experience in an International Voice or Blended Process is mandatory. Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in rotational shifts. Qualification: Any Graduates Preferred candidate profile Preferred Profile Candidates with experience supporting customers from the US, UK, Australia, or other international telecom markets. Candidates with a neutral accent and excellent pronunciation. Preference will be given to candidates with prior BT experience. Candidates with International Telecom Customer Support experience handling L1 & L2 Technical Troubleshooting will be given preference. Experience in customer support, technical support, service provisioning, or customer retention within the telecom domain. Important Note: Telecom experience is mandatory. Please do not share profiles from Banking, Healthcare, Travel, E-commerce, BFSI, or other non-telecom processes. Only candidates with hands-on experience in International Telecom Customer Service and L1 & L2 Troubleshooting will be considered. Notice Period: Immediate Joiners.
