About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Drive user-focused design by aligning business objectives, user expectations, and technical feasibility to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences. 2. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. 3. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather meaningful insights, iterating designs to enhance usability and overall user satisfaction. 4. Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency and efficiency across products. 5. Work closely with developers to translate designs into seamless, high-quality implementations across web and mobile platforms. 6. Utilize analytics, heatmaps, and user interaction data to refine user journeys and optimize overall product performance. 7. Continuously explore emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and elevate design standards.
