About the role
About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Lead user-centric design initiatives by balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility to craft intuitive and impactful digital experiences. 2. Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using tools like Figma and Adobe XD, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual consistency. 3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to uncover insights and continuously refine designs for improved user satisfaction. 4. Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across products. 5. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into high-quality implementations across web and mobile platforms. 6. Leverage analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior data to optimize user flows and enhance overall product performance. 7. Stay updated with evolving UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and elevate design quality.
