Role Description The Electrical Support Engineer (Ahmedabad) will provide on-site technical support for IoT and electrical systems at the Bavla location in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving electrical and system issues, assisting with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment, and supporting integration of IoT gateways with existing infrastructure. The role involves responding to customer queries, coordinating with internal engineering teams, and documenting issues, resolutions, and service activities. The Electrical Support Engineer will also participate in system testing, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for electrical systems and IoT-related hardware and software.Experience in customer support and customer service, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally on-site and remotely.Knowledge of operating systems relevant to IoT gateways, monitoring tools, and dashboard applications.Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.Understanding of industrial automation, SCADA systems, and basic networking concepts is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Bavla, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Basic knowledge of safety standards and best practices for electrical installations and maintenance.
