Junior Testing Engineer RTU & SCADA Business

About the Role We are seeking a Junior Testing Engineer to join our RTU & SCADA business unit. This role offers hands-on experience in testing, validation, and compliance, ensuring products and systems meet industry and customer standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct test protocols to validate RTU and SCADA systems against specifications Support quality control activities across supplier, production, and engineering functions Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing (F.A.T.) and internal routine testing Document and evaluate test data in line with internal, customer, and global standards Participate in quality-related training and promote integrity and compliance in all actions Collaborate with teams to ensure safe, cost-effective, and compliant operations Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering 02 years of experience in testing electrical panels, RTU, or SCADA systems (freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome) Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, testing equipment, and safety practices Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Ability to travel occasionally for site-based testing Why Join Us Be part of a growing team delivering smart energy and industrial automation solutions Work on challenging projects with exposure to advanced testing methods Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment .
