Job Title: MEP Manager Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 12 to 15 years Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Infrastructure / Construction (Hotel Projects) About the Role We are a leading real estate and project management organization seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for large-scale hotel developments. The role covers end-to-end coordination of MEP design, planning, execution, and quality control across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and monitor all MEP works to ensure timely delivery Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams Review drawings, resolve site issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards Actively engage in initial design development of MEP services and assess constructability of the design Handle pre-construction activities including review of DBR, BOQ, and specifications, and provide value engineering inputs Review legal and statutory compliance of design and follow up on obtaining approvals on time Manage multiple stakeholders across the project Must-Haves 12 to 15 years of experience in MEP planning, management, and execution Hands-on experience with hotel or large-scale commercial projects Strong MEP coordination across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Experience reviewing drawings, DBR, BOQ, and specifications Strong stakeholder management Excellent communication and a client-facing approach Stable career history Mandatory Skills: Hotel Projects, MEP Coordination, Stakeholder Management Required Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech Mech / BE Mech) or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech EEE / BE EEE). Candidates from reputed construction or real estate firms preferred.
