Cable Design

Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design team that, Carries out technical studies of various cables as per IS. Analyses of the customer technical documentation and proposes a design for the system Calculations for electrical and thermal performance of the cable system Design of every aspect like Cable construction, packaging, shipment, testing, and costing. Supporting the Commercial team/ Design Team to answer any technical question & verifies the technical feasibility and compliance also participate in meetings with clients when needed. Perform technical risk analysis for the project Optimizes the technical offer to the benefit of technical performance and cost reduction Supports QA to respond to customer complaints, taking corrective action. Development and validation of specific calculation procedures with inputs/ IS specification Assist marketing with market research and benchmarking on competition, products, competing technologies. FUNCTIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage a variety of cross -functional team members. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Understanding of various ISO certifications (QMS, EnMS, EMS, OHSAS etc.). WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Min 4+ years in Wire and Cable industry Required Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B. E/Electrical & Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical
