Manufacturing Execution System

5+ years of experience in MES implementation, operations, and support, with expertise in APRISO MES and SAP integration. Hands-on experience in MES deployment, configuration, validation, UAT, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, OEE, production management, and Industry 4.0 concepts. Experience integrating MES with ERP systems, PLCs, SCADA, automation tools, and industrial communication protocols. Proficient in data analysis, reporting, Advanced Excel, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to provide shop floor support, user training, change management, and technical issue resolution. Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field. Experience in the cable and wire industry is an added advantage.
