Responsible for safety, quality & progress management, site coordination & problem solving at site .

Involve in tendering and planning process, project technical drawings submission, prepare relevant documents & reports .

Coordinate with internal operation teams, suppliers & subcontractors .

Prepare Testing & C ommissioning  and O perational & M aintenance report .

Study & analyze the maintenance record of computerized system for maintenance planning .

Assist in training, document control, inventory, preventive maintenance planning .

Identify and implement and review energy initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Building Services , Mechanical, Electrical and Engineering disciplines or equivalent .

• Fresh graduates or less experience would also be considered .

• Well organized, enthusiastic and with a good sense of responsibility .

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese .

• Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude on problem solving .

• Strong problem-solving skills and data management skills .

• Proficient in PC application ( e.g. MS App), knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD would be advantage .
