SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules, understand HR business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient HR technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders. Configure workflows, business rules, role-based permissions (RBP), MDF objects, and system settings. Perform system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions. Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, payroll, and third-party applications. Support data migration, validation, and data quality initiatives. Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support. Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend system enhancements. Required Skills Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Expertise in one or more modules such as: Employee Central (EC) Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Recruiting (RCM/RMK) Onboarding 2.0 Performance & Goals (PMGM) Learning Management System (LMS) Succession & Development (SCDP) Compensation Strong understanding of HR processes. Experience with Business Rules, MDF Objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Workflows. Knowledge of Integration Center, SAP CPI/BTP, or SAP Cloud Integration. Experience with data migration and reporting. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills SAP SuccessFactors certification. Experience with SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, and Identity Authentication. Experience with EC Payroll integrations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. 3-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience.
