Hiring for Kronos Workforce Management Technical - PUNE BANGALORE CHENNAI THANE Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Kronos Workforce Management Technical Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience in Kronos implementations configuration integration and support The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Kronos WFC WFD modules including Timekeeping Scheduling and Accruals as well as experience with Kronos API WIM Workforce Integration Manager and SQL scripting Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Kronos WFC WFD modules Timekeeping Accruals Scheduling etc Develop and maintain interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager WIM Create custom reports and queries using Kronos reporting tools and SQL Work on Kronos upgrades patches and system enhancements Integrate Kronos with third-party systems e g SAP Oracle PeopleSoft Workday Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kronos applications Collaborate with HR Payroll and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions Perform system testing documentation and user training Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies .
