Job Description: As a Data Analytics Manager specializing in HR Analytics, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of people analytics and workforce insights across the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights that facilitate strategic decision-making. Your strong analytical skills, experience in working with HR data, and ability to translate complex information into actionable business recommendations will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring and recruitment performance, diversity metrics, employee engagement, internal mobility, and workforce costs. - Analyze workforce trends to provide insights supporting business and HR decision-making. - Produce regular and ad hoc reports for leadership teams. - Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational reviews through data analysis. - Identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to talent acquisition, retention, and workforce effectiveness. - Provide actionable recommendations to enhance organizational performance and employee outcomes. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems. - Partner with HRIS, Technology, and Finance teams to enhance data quality and reporting processes. - Build and enhance self-service dashboards and reporting solutions. - Automate recurring reports and enhance reporting efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and present findings in a clear and meaningful manner to support decision-making. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. - 58 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Business Intelligence, or a related analytics role. - Experience working with large and complex datasets. - Experience in a global organization is preferred. Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, Advanced Excel, SQL. - Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of workforce analytics and reporting methodologies. - Experience with Python, AI-enabled analytics tools, or predictive analytics is an advantage. Key Competencies: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to convert data into practical business insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
