This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DLP controls, data classification strategies, and Microsoft Purview solutions to protect sensitive information across cloud, endpoint, collaboration, and email environments. Opportunity to lead enterprise data protection initiatives with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies Work with a collaborative team of cybersecurity, compliance, and business professionals Contribute to strengthening organizational security posture and regulatory compliance Engage in meaningful work protecting sensitive information across modern cloud environments Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and administer Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across endpoints, cloud applications, and messaging platforms Configure and manage Microsoft Purview capabilities including DLP, Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Policies, Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery Develop and maintain enterprise data classification, labeling, and retention strategies Monitor, investigate, and remediate DLP alerts, incidents, and policy violations Integrate and optimize DLP controls across Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams Conduct data discovery, data mapping, and risk assessments to identify and protect sensitive information Support compliance and regulatory initiatives aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting to measure data protection effectiveness and compliance posture Qualifications Proven experience implementing and managing enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programs Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and the Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance ecosystem Strong knowledge of data classification, labeling, records management, and retention policies Experience with DLP incident investigation, remediation, and policy enforcement Understanding of cloud security, SaaS platforms, and Microsoft 365 services Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and related governance standards Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Ready to Apply?
