This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys platform ownership, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement following a successful Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. You'll play a key role in supporting production, optimizing business processes, and helping shape the long-term ERP strategy. Why Join Us? Lead critical ERP platform ownership in a high-visibility role Partner directly with Finance and IT leadership on strategic initiatives Drive continuous improvement and optimization of enterprise systems Work in a collaborative environment with strong stakeholder engagement Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary owner of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and PPM environment Manage configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization across Oracle Fusion modules Partner with Finance and IT leadership to develop and execute the ERP roadmap Support production issues, user requests, enhancements, and business process improvements Lead quarterly Oracle Cloud release planning, impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment activities Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions Oversee integrations with enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports Qualifications 8+ years of Oracle Financials/ERP experience, including 4+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and PPM Experience serving as the primary owner or administrator of a production Oracle Fusion environment Hands-on configuration experience with AP, AR, GL, Procurement, Projects, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets Experience leading Oracle Cloud quarterly release management, regression testing, and production support At least one full Oracle Fusion implementation, migration, or major optimization project Experience supporting organizations with 500+ employees Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ready to Apply?
