The position focuses on maintaining continuous operational visibility across critical business processes including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Supply Chain Planning. Work with cutting-edge monitoring and observability platforms including SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, Splunk, and Azure Monitor Lead critical incident response for enterprise-scale SAP environments Drive automation initiatives and implement AI-powered operational improvements Support high-impact business events including financial closes, product launches, and seasonal peaks Key Responsibilities Operate and manage SAP Supply Chain Command Center operations on a 24x7 basis with continuous monitoring of business-critical applications and interfaces Proactively monitor system health using SAP Solution Manager, SAP Focused Run, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, ServiceNow, and Azure Monitor Lead incident triage activities for Priority 1 through Priority 4 incidents with coordination of war rooms and bridge calls during major incidents Drive root cause investigations for recurring incidents and develop corrective and preventive action plans Support critical business events, product launches, financial close activities, and supply chain transformations while monitoring key operational KPIs Qualifications Strong expertise in SAP ECC MM or SAP ECC OTC with deep understanding of supply chain processes Proven experience in 24x7 Command Center operations and incident management methodologies Hands-on experience with monitoring tools including SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, Splunk, and similar platforms Strong problem management skills with ability to identify systemic issues and drive remediation activities Experience with automation initiatives and leveraging AI/analytics to improve operational efficiency Ready to Apply?
