Job Description: Product Analyst Oracle EBS General Ledger & Intercompany Location: Gurugram (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst Oracle EBS General Ledger & Intercompany to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing business processes within the Oracle EBS Financials environment, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP financial solutions. The role requires close coordination with business stakeholders, finance teams, IT teams, and external vendors while working in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Leads, Finance Process Teams, and Technical Teams to design and configure Oracle EBS solutions that meet business requirements.Apply industry best practices in ERP financial design and configuration to deliver scalable, secure, and auditable solutions.Configure, support, and maintain Oracle EBS General Ledger (GL) and Intercompany modules.Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into functional specifications.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including user story creation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and end-user training activities.Ensure ERP financial solutions comply with accounting standards, internal controls, and business requirements.Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or Product Analyst within an Oracle ERP environment.Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS General Ledger (GL) and Intercompany modules.Strong understanding of Oracle EBS financial processes, configuration, and solution design.Good knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial compliance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills & Certifications Certified SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification.Oracle EBS General Ledger Certification.Experience with Oracle EBS Financials implementation, support, or enhancement projects.Knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials ecosystem and financial reporting is an added advantage.Employment Details Location: Gurugram (Onsite)Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)Notice Period: Immediate Joiners OnlyExperience: 5+ YearsOnly immediate joiners who can work onsite in Gurugram and are open to a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) opportunity will be considered.
