Job Description: Product Analyst Oracle HFM Location: Gurugram (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Product Analyst Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements within the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) ecosystem, translating business needs into functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable financial solutions. The role requires close coordination with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams while working in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Collaborate with Product Leads, Finance Process Teams, and Technical Teams to design and configure solutions that meet business requirements. Apply industry best practices in Oracle EPM financial design and configuration to deliver scalable, secure, and auditable solutions. Configure, support, and maintain Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) modules. Participate in Agile ceremonies including user story creation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and end-user training activities. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to optimize financial consolidation and reporting. Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or Product Analyst within an Oracle EPM/HFM environment. Hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) application services. Strong understanding of financial consolidation, reporting, and Oracle HFM business processes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills & Certifications Certified SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification. Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Certification. Strong understanding of Oracle HFM financial processes, configuration, and solution design. Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Suite is an added advantage.
