About the role
Role & responsibilities Ensure efficient project planning processes Ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met as per plan and requirements Ensure all processes are aligned to produce prototypes Design and manufacture tools for prototype samples, considering tool life, accuracy, and post-process ability (e.g. plating) Complete timely SAP/system entries for all development activities Prepare monthly MIS reports Review sample-making tools and machinery efficiency and suggest improvements Provide in-time troubleshooting to minimize downtime and costs Support imparting safety training to workmen Monitor toolmaking and ensure timely receipt of tools for project completion Implement cost control measures in compound blending, tool making, charge weight, overheads, and rework Support equipment lining product development activities Support process automation project work Assist the Head of R&TD in technology development and R&D projects
