Research Engineer

Job Summary As a Research Engineer at LG Soft India, you will work on developing intelligent and scalable backend systems that power next-generation devices and platforms. The role involves backend development, AI/ML integration, and building high-performance systems using modern technologies and CI/CD practices. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Java, or Node.js Build RESTful APIs using FastAPI for software and hardware integration Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and optimize complex queries Handle NoSQL databases like MongoDB, including query optimization Manage time-series databases and ensure efficient data processing Write advanced queries (CTEs, stored procedures) for efficient data handling Use SQLAlchemy and Python-based tools for optimized data retrieval Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing Optimize system performance for scalability, latency, and efficiency Conduct load testing and performance tuning Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution development Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong programming skills in Python / Java / Node.js Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) Experience with FastAPI and REST API development Knowledge of SQLAlchemy, Pandas, NumPy Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
