About the role
Role & responsibilities Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript to build and maintain enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have experience developing end-to-end functionality, implementing automation, and debugging applications. Exposure to SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, CAP, Fiori, HANA, or SAP Datasphere (formerly DWC) is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Develop enterprise applications using Core Java and Spring Boot. Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services. Implement complete end-to-end business functionality. Develop and maintain automation scripts and test cases. Debug and troubleshoot production and cloud-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UI, and DevOps. Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices. Optimize application performance and scalability. Work with JavaScript for frontend integrations where required. Support deployments and issue resolution on SAP BTP (preferred). Required Skills: Strong Core Java programming Spring Boot JavaScript REST APIs Microservices architecture SQL/Relational Databases Git Maven/Gradle JUnit/TestNG Automation testing concepts Debugging and troubleshooting Object-Oriented Programming Collections and Multithreading Good to Have: SAP BTP SAP CAP SAP Fiori SAP HANA SAP Datasphere (DWC) Cloud Foundry Docker Kubernetes CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 48 years of hands-on Java development experience.
