IAM Analyst - Mainframe

Job Title: IAM Analyst- Mainframe Access Provisioning Location : Hyderabad Experience: 6+ years Key Responsibilities: Provision, modify, and revoke user access in RACF/ACF2 environments. Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) access requests. Ensure access provisioning complies with security policies, approvals, and SLAs. Support access reviews, audit requirements, and compliance activities. Resolve access-related incidents and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams. Contribute to process improvements and IAM automation initiatives. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with IBM z/OS security administration. Strong knowledge of RACF and/or ACF2. Understanding of IAM, RBAC, Least Privilege, and SoD concepts. Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. .
