About the role
Role : Java Lead Developer Experience: 8+ Years Location: Chennai Interview Mode : 2 round virtual and last round Face to Face (F2F) in Chennai. JD Qualifications: Graduation/Post-Graduation in Science/Engineering. Minimum 8 years of strong Java development experience, with at least 2+ years of AI/ML hands-on experience. Experience working with Agentic AI or autonomous AI agents in enterprise applications. Preferred experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Supplier Portal domains. Exposure to building intelligent document processing, invoice data extraction, supplier recommendation engines, or predictive procurement solutions. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in global, distributed teams. Experience with Oracle/SQL databases, Apache Tomcat, CI/CD pipelines, ETL tools, and Git version control. Excellent technical documentation, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Strong ability to manage conflicts and drive technical resolutions.
