As a Digital Software Engineer Sr Analyst at our company, you will be a seasoned professional contributing to the development of new techniques and processes in the area of digital software engineering. Your role will involve evaluating complex issues, providing leadership within teams, and coaching new recruits. Your work will have a significant impact on project size and geography, influencing decisions and contributing to the overall business objectives. Responsibilities: - Accountable for executing and driving mid-size feature application design and development efforts, serving as a development lead on medium-scale projects. - Operate with considerable autonomy and discretion to influence the design and development of applications. - Analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance, and design challenges. - Research root causes of development and performance concerns and resolve defects. - Understand technical requirements for solutions being built. - Demonstrate proficiency in information modeling, data structures, and algorithms. - Participate in design discussions as a Development Lead, playing a key role in driving design decisions. - Turn complex application designs into well-written applications. - Partner with industry vendors to support the Digital architecture. - Participate in the full development life cycle, identifying dependencies and working within defined parameters. - Impact the business by influencing strategic decisions through communication and diplomacy skills. - Recognize discordant views and engage in constructive dialog to resolve them. - Review metrics and proactively seek new mechanisms for visibility. - Continuously assess development processes, test plans, and operations. - Share knowledge with the team and demonstrate a higher level of knowledge through industry certifications. Qualifications: - 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on Angular. - Proficiency in Angular framework, including component-based architecture, state management, routing, forms, and service integration. - Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design. - Experience with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, Git, and testing frameworks. - Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and familiarity with test-driven development practices. - Ability to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development workflows. - Experience with backend development technologies and AI-generated code validation. - Financial services industry experience preferred, along with knowledge of other front-end frameworks and accessibility standards. - Understanding of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, API integration, and collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.
