As an AVP Information Security Governance & Compliance with a leading organization in the BFSI sector located in Navi Mumbai (Seawoods/Belapur), your role will involve the following: Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing Information Security Governance & Compliance, Cyber Security Risk Management, ISO 27001:2022 implementation and sustenance, Regulatory Compliance, Information Security Policies & Standards, Security Risk Assessments, Vendor / Third-Party Risk Management, Security Awareness Programs, Cyber GRC implementation and management, Security Audit and Compliance Reviews, and Security Metrics, Dashboards & Management Reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Information Security Governance & Compliance - Cyber Security Risk Management - ISO 27001:2022 implementation and sustenance - Regulatory Compliance (IRDAI, CERT-In, MeitY, etc.) - Information Security Policies & Standards - Security Risk Assessments - Vendor / Third-Party Risk Management - Security Awareness Programs - Cyber GRC implementation and management - Security Audit and Compliance Reviews - Security Metrics, Dashboards & Management Reporting Qualifications Required: - 12+ years overall experience - Minimum 7 years in Information Security, Cyber Security, IT Risk, Governance, Compliance, or Audit Additional Details: Preferred certifications include ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP, CISM, CISA, and CRISC. Ideal candidates are professionals currently working in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Consulting, or large enterprise environments with strong exposure to Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
