As a Program Manager I at this company, your primary responsibility will be to lead the Electrical sector Americas business growth and plant support programs for end-to-end developments and successful launch in the end markets for RWD business. You will collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, PLMs, and engineering teams to meet ES Americas-RWD business objectives and drive critical projects in alignment with the business goals. Your key responsibilities include: - Influencing and securing baseline business case expectations with key stakeholders in areas such as scope, benefit, cost, assumptions, risks/opportunities, key milestones, and alternate implementation scenarios. - Leading cross-functional teams to drive accountability and performance for commercial, technical, and manufacturing readiness levels at the start of production. - Establishing organizational resource management plans to clearly articulate the requirements for core team members, work package approvers, and decision gate committee members for the project duration. - Leveraging program management standard work processes, tools, systems, and performance measures to provide an operational cadence, agility, and transparency during project execution. - Establishing and executing effective internal and external stakeholder communication strategies that address customer, internal leadership, and core team needs for the duration of a project. - Leading projects and cross-functional teams to develop scope, requirements, business cases, integrated project plans, communication plans, resource requirements, budgets, and issue tracking. Additionally, you will be required to lead the development of program management tools and methodologies to enhance the overall execution of projects, as well as ensure the quality of all PROLaunch project documentation. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. / B Tech / M Tech degree - 10+ years of relevant experience Skills preferred for this role: - PMP, PfMP certifications - Advanced Excel proficiency - Experience with tools like JIRA, JAMA, Confluence, Microsoft Projects, Clarity PPM, Power BI - CSM certification would be an added advantage - Proficiency in Global Project Management, Project Proposals, Scoping, Stage GATE product development process, Risk Management, Waterlining, and Profit Planning - Strong skills in influencing without power, accountability, conflict management, and leading with a strong drive for results.
